General
The Lakland Skyline 55-OS in Translucent Black Gloss is a tight-looking, five-string bass guitar loaded with an active preamp that opens up a ton of sonic options. The ash, offset P-style body comes bolted to a maple neck and has been furnished with all-black hardware to match the paint-job. The sound of this Lakland bass is just as tight as the looks thanks to the two Bartolini MK-1 Split-Coil Soapbar pickups that come coupled with an active Bartolini HR-5.4 3-band preamp for super-versatile sound over which you're granted full control via the volume, blend and tone pots, as well as via a special 3-way mid-frequency switch. From funky slap solos to warm-and-punchy bass lines, this pro-grade 5-string can do it all.
